William O. Niebes

William O. Niebes, age 60, of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023. He was born March 22, 1963, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Oscar Niebes and Dorothy (Kucera) Niebes.

William graduated from Baker High School in 1981. He then went on to achieve a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and took up employment with SAIC as a systems analyst. He enjoyed trains, bowling, and going to the Fairborn Senior Center. William was very involved in Boy Scouts of America, earning the rank of Eagle Scout.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his two brothers, David (Terri) Niebes; Alan (Toni) Niebes; nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Byron Cemetery, 3256 Trebein Rd., Fairborn, OH 45324, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund. kidneyfund.org
