William Grant "Will" Adams

William Grant Adams, 23, of Xenia, Ohio passed away November 8, 2024.

Born May 11, 2001 at Saint Vincent Catholic hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, the son of Shane Adams and the late Sherry Irene Adams.

A 2020 graduate of Greene County Career Center and Fairborn High School, Will joined the U.S. Navy in 2020 where he served on the USS Erie, USS Boxer, and served land duty at Naval Station San Diego. Will married Brianna Everhart on August 12, 2022, his high school sweetheart, their senior year they were inseparable. He left the Navy to return home to Ohio and his beloved wife Brianna in July 2024.

Will was a passionate motorcyclist and autosports enthusiast. During his time in the Navy, Will helped teach many people to ride a motorcycle, including safety gear and was named the motorcycle safety officer of the USS Boxer. Will participated in track days at Willow Springs and accompanied his wife to autocross events hosted by the Western Ohio Region Sport Car Club America. Will also greatly enjoyed Isles of Man TT, GTD, and GTP races and attended the Long Beach California race this past April and MotoAmerican Superbikes weekend at MidOhio.

Will loved to be outdoors, using his motorcycles to see and share amazing sights with his wife and brothers to include the mountain overlook in Julian California, and the city overlook in San Diego. His favorite beaches after traveling from east to west still remain the shores of Miami, Florida. He also went camping frequently in the desert, mountains, and woods with friends and family.

Remaining to cherish Will’s memories are his wife, Brianna; father, Shane and Jennifer Smith; grandmother, Paula Jean Brewster; great-grandmother, Beulah Fay Ridlespurge; brother, Conner Morden; sibling; Regan Wolfe; parents-in-law, Christopher and Jennifer Everhart, brothers-in-law, Craig Beck and Tyler Everhart; and grandmother-in-law, Karen O’Dell.

Will also leaves behind his best friends he always saw as brothers Friedrich Dodge, Jason (Alex) McMunn, and Daniel Kern.

Private Services for close friends and family will be at Belton Stroup Funeral Home.
