Walburga M. Thomas

Walburga M. Thomas, age 85, of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021. She was born on December 14, 1935 in Zeil A-M, Germany; the daughter of the late Baptist Popp and Regina Zenk. Walburga was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Paul P. Thomas. She is survived by four children, Hildegard (Udo) Aulbach, Dorothy DiFrederico, Billy (Katha) Thomas, and Debra (Mike) Peterson; five grandchildren, Sabrina (Jens) Urselmann, Preston (Amanda) Thomas, Patrick Aulbach, Dalton (Myranda) DiFrederico, and Mary Peyton Thomas; three great-grandchildren, Dustin Urselmann, Jason Urselmann, and Braxton DiFrederico; special niece, Monika (David) McDowell; and special friends, Linda (John) Shearer, Rhonda (Robert) Howell, and Esterina (Louis) Sheets. The family would like to thank Karen and Amanda for the wonderful care that they gave Walburga, as well as to all of the Hospice team. Services will be held privately by the family and they request that you sow a seed of kindness in Walburga’s memory.
