Usaf (Ret.) Msgt. Robert J. "Bob" Taylor

USAF MSgt. (Ret.) Robert J. "Bob" Taylor, age 75 of Enon passed away Monday July 18, 2022 at the Dayton VA.  He was born July 21, 1946 in East Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late William and Elizabeth (O'Connell) Taylor.  Bob served his country in U.S. Air Force during Vietnam as aircraft maintenance, retiring after 20 years of service.  He enjoyed reading, word search puzzles, watching Netflix and especially spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Ann Bodde and brothers, David Taylor and William Taylor.  Bob is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret "Maggie"; three children, David Taylor, Theresa (Michael) Pelllegrino, Karen (Richard) Pernell; eight grandchildren, Aaron (Dani) Pernell; Ashley Pernell; Angela (Jacob) Krauss; Amber (Caleb) Norton; Christina Pellegrino; Samantha Taylor; Sarah Pellegrino; and Michael Pellegrino; two sisters, Mary Keates and Ann Fazica; as well as extended family.  A funeral service with military honors will be held on Monday July 25, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor H.
