USAF CMSgt. (Ret.) Joseph S. Leigh, age 70 of Cincinnati, formerly of Fairborn, passed away Friday October 12, 2018 at the Hospice of Cincinnati.  He was born November 2, 1947 in Danville, KY, the son of Marvin and Pearl (Warren) Leigh.  Joseph served his country in the US Air Force during Vietnam and the Gulf War, retiring in October of 2002 after 34 years of service at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.  He was a longtime member of Berean Baptist Temple in Fairborn and was an avid drag racer at Kil-Kare for many years.  Preceded in death by his father, Marvin; a grandson, Isaiah David; and brother, Monty Leigh.  Survivors include his mother, Pearl of Cincinnati; a son, Adam (Michelle) Leigh of Cincinnati; and four grandchildren, Esther, Lily, Reagan, and Selah.  A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday October 16, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Fairfield Cemetery, 730 Clover St., Fairborn, Minister Adam Leigh officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Berean Baptist Temple, 2445 Trebein Rd., Fairborn, OH 45324.  Arrangements in care of Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
