USAF SMSgt. (Ret.) Bulius Mullins, age 80 of Fairborn, passed away Sunday September 9, 2018 at the Hospice of Dayton. He was born April 9, 1938 in Bypro, KY, the son of the late Frank and Hattie (Little) Mullins. Bulius served his country in the US Air Force during Vietnam in aircraft maintenance, retiring in 1985 after over 23 years of service at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. Following his military service he owned and operated B&M Auto Repair in Fairborn for many years. He was a member of Maple Heights Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Patsy in 2010; two brothers, James and Richard; and a sister, Marcella. He is survived by two sons, Jeff Mullins of Corpus Christi, TX, Roger (Kim) Mullins of Fairborn; six grandchildren, Jennie (Al), Zachary (Jackie), Clayton, Katie, Melissa (Greg), Daniel; four great-grandchildren, Beaux, Baron, Zoe, Josephine; two brothers, Julius and Gene; a sister, Fonetta; devoted family friend, Janet Altamirano; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. A private service was held by the family with burial at Byron Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
