Usaf Tsgt. Milburn B. (Ret.) Henrich

November 22, 1940 — February 11, 2018

USAF TSgt. (Ret.) Milburn B. Henrich, age 77 of Fairborn, passed away Sunday February 11, 2018.  He was born November 22, 1940 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of the late Bernard and Irene (Pieper) Henrichs.  Milburn served his country during Vietnam in the US Marine Corps and in the US Air Force, retiring from the Air Force in 1980 at the rank of Technical Sergeant.  Following his military service he was employed in transportation at Wright-Patterson AFB until retirement.  He was a life member of VFW Post 6861, American Legion Post 526, and Amvets Post 444, all in Fairborn.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Denzel Woodward.  Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Henrich of Fairborn, David (Leona) Henrich of Fairborn; four grandchildren, Bradley Henrich, Nicholas Henrich, Alexandra Henrich, Lynda (Alan) Cruzgoo; four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Miguel, Alycia; two brothers, Ronnie and Michael Henrichs; a sister, Bridget Woodward; former spouse, Helena Lou Henrich and best friend, Charles Robert Larsen; as well as other extended family and many friends.  The family will receive friends on Saturday February 17, 2018 from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, with a military honors service starting at 4:00 P.M. by the Wright-Patterson AFB and VFW Post 6861 Honor Guards.  The family requests casual dress at the funeral home and also invites friends and family to the VFW Post 6861, 503 W. Funderburg Rd., Fairborn, following the service for a gathering to celebrate Milburn’s life.
