Timothy M. Shope

Timothy M. Shope, age 48 of Fairborn passed away June 10, 2021.  He was born July 14, 1972 in Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of James and Mary (Hopkins) Shope.  Tim enjoyed fishing, collecting coins, and baseball.  He is preceded in death by his father, James; and lifelong companion, Donna Hembree.  Tim is survived by his mother, Mary; three sons, Dylan Shope, Drake Shope, Skyler Stone; sister, Mary Teresa (Craig) Lamarche; and brother, James Anthony (Lori) Shope.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday June 17, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Eric Meade officiating.   The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at the Clifton-Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family at any Wright-Patt Credit Union, account 8265638.
