Thelma J. Webb

Thelma J. Webb, age 77, of Fairborn, went to be in the arms of the Lord Tuesday, April 13, 2021. She was born October 2, 1943 in Elliott County, Kentucky; the daughter of the late John and Arlie (Adkins) Spencer. Along with her parents, Thelma is preceded in death by brothers, Verl Spencer, Linville Spencer, Mervil Spencer, and Darryl Spencer; sisters, Alice Lynch and Mary Martin. She is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Freddy Webb; son, Steven (Frederica) Escoffier; grandsons, Stephen (Samantha) Escoffier and Andrew Escoffier; great-granddaughter, Lauren Escoffier; niece, Marilyn Andros; brother, John Spencer; sister, Faye Ballard; and numerous nieces and nephews. Thelma was a long-time member of the Enterprise Baptist Church. What Thelma loved most of all was spending time with her loving family, especially her grandchildren. Thelma has been welcomed into her heavenly home, rejoice as she has joined the Lord. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11 AM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, Ohio 45324 with Pastors Patrick Morris and Mark Long officiating. Family and friends may visit from 10 AM until the time of service. Thelma will be laid to rest at Byron Cemetery.
