Ruth Julia Fischer

Ruth Howell Fischer was married to Charles Leroy Fischer for 50 years. They had eight children Charles Edward (Diana), Thomas Leroy, Michael Arch (Ruthie), David Joseph (Duana), James Patrick, John Sanford, Julie Delano (Dan), and Jeanne Humble (Mike). She loved and was greatly loved by her many grandchildren, and great/great-great grandchildren. Ruth was a dedicated and active member of Mary, Help of Christians Church, an avid gardener, loved animals and historical fiction. She will be missed

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
