Robert L. "Bob" Parsons

Robert L. “Bob” Parsons, age 56 of Dayton, passed away on Monday February 21, 2022 at the Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  He was born February 26, 1965 in Dayton, the son of the late Douglas and Virginia (Riggs) Parsons.

Bob had been employed as a bus driver with Mad River Local Schools and most recently for the residents of 10 Wilmington Place, where he really enjoyed the people and they appreciated him.  He loved his family and especially adored his grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Erin (Jeremy) Bell of Maryland, Emily (Chris) Parsons of Dayton; four grandchildren, Destiny, Lauren, Jordan, Madilyn; a brother, Bill (Bridget) Parsons of Fairborn; nephew, Andrew “A.J.” (Meghan) Parsons; niece, Ashley Parsons; as well as other extended family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday February 27, 2022 from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.
