Raymond W. Howard

Raymond W. Howard, age 89 of Fairborn, passed away February 13, 2023 surrounded by his family.  He was born January 29, 1934 in West Liberty, Kentucky, the son of the late Walter and Bernice (Blankenship) Howard.  Raymond was an avid Nascar fan, and he enjoyed watching football, gambling, and drag racing.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia; granddaughter, Ginger Howard; and three siblings, Billy, David, and Rose Howard.  Raymond is survived by four sons, Gary (Dena) Howard, Rick Howard (Joyce Jarvis), Keith Howard, Duane (Michele) Howard; six grandchildren, Daniel (Jacque) Howard, Brian Howard, Joslyn Gebby, Jaron Howard, Jonnie Chaney, Steven Howard; two great-grandchildren, Erika Howard, Noah Howard; brother, Russell Howard; as well as many extended family and friends.  A visitation will be held on Friday February 17, 2023 at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. where a funeral will be held on Saturday February 18, 2023 at 10:30 A.M., Rev. Dr. Stuart Snow officiating.  Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery.
