Pauline Nye

Pauline Nye, age 86 of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday December 6, 2017.  She was born June 27, 1931 in Mechanicsburg Ohio, the daughter of the late Milton and Anna Mae (Farmer) Young.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George in 1982; two brothers, Robert E. Young, Paul Edward Young; and a sister, Datha Marie Spengler.  She is survived by a daughter, Tilda Ann Norris; a son, Herman Keith Holt; two grandsons, Brian Norris, Brandon Norris; a granddaughter, Carissa Norris; brother, William Milton Young; sister, Thelma Mae Leach; and friend and caretaker, Joe Cooper.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 12, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.  A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow in Jamestown.
