Paulette L. Whitacre

Paulette L. Whitacre, age 76 of Beavercreek, OH, passed away, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 17, 1948, in Greene County, OH, the daughter of the late Paul E. and Juanita V. (Williams) Whitacre.

Paulette was a kind, generous, and loving person. She was a woman full and selflessly committed to the well-being of her family. Her dedication to her siblings, nieces and nephews whom she often referred to as her “grandkids”, was on-going and never in doubt. Paulette’s efforts above and beyond provided endearing support, guidance and unconditional love. Moreover, Paulette was a member of the St. Luke Catholic Church in Beavercreek. In her free time, she treasured the company of family and enjoyed walking in the local malls with her mall-walker group.

In addition to her parents, Paulette is preceded in death by a nephew, Eric Whitacre. She is survived by three siblings, Ed (Shirley) Whitacre, Mary (Ron) Moats, John (Janet) Whitacre; “grandkids”, Jason (Kelly) Moats, Courtney (Chris) Popovich, Audrey Whitacre, Paul (Becca) Whitacre, Lauren (Robert) Shepherd, Carol Whitacre; “great-grandkids”, Taylor (Connor), Caleb (Maddie), Caitlyn, Colin, Liam, Joel, Eli, Daniel, Adalida, Thibodeaux, Evangeline, Alexandria, Olivia, Garrett, Maisey, Andrew, Hayze, extended family, and close friends.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M., NOON, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, OH 45324. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M., until the time of service, Deacon Max Roadruck celebrant. Burial to follow at Enon Cemetery, Enon, OH.
