Michael P. "Mike" Daniels

Michael Paul Daniels was born to Johnnie and Sandra Daniels on January 28, 1970. Michael went to meet the angels on June 4, 2024, at Miami Valley Hospital surrounded by his parents, children, sisters, brother and his life partner after an unexpected illness.

Michael was employed at Burke Inc. and enjoyed going to work every day. He was a car enthusiast and loved restoring cars (building to painting them), he enjoyed camping, kayaking, spending time with his family and friends, telling people a story about random things or lending a hand and giving whatever he had to offer. Michael never met a stranger. Even in his passing he continued to do the one thing he was known to many people for, his unconditional giving. Michael listed himself as an organ donor and was able to help 4 people go on to live a life, he was taken from far too soon.

Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Jack and Betty Brumitt, and his paternal grandparents Jayson Daniels and Geneva Daniels- Stapleton.

Michael leaves behind both of his parents Johnnie and Sandra of Fairborn, 4 children Elijah Webb-Taylor (Cheyanne) of Springfield, OH, Machala Daniels (Luke) of South Webster, OH, Lilly Daniels of Jamestown OH and Breanna; 3 grandchildren Nova, Tevin and Eliza; his life partner, Heather Clonch and her children Abby Smith and Harley Clonch (Coltin) of Jamestown OH; 2 sisters, Angela Perez (Simon Dawson), Karla Montes (Alvaro); and brother, Jayson Daniels (Erika) all of Fairborn OH. He leaves behind 7 nieces and nephews, Talisha McKenzie, Arianna Sanford (Zach), Skylar Olvera (Heather), Elani McCarthy (Eric), Brandon Daniels (Brittany), Austin Montes and Tatyana Montes; 10 great nieces and nephews; as well as a host of family and friends.

Get ready Lord, Michael will have a lot to say.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday June 13, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Minister David Burchett officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery.
