Martha L. Carsner, age 81, of Medway, passed away surrounded by her loving family Tuesday, September 14, 2021. She was born June 9, 1940 in West Liberty, Kentucky; the daughter of the late Burkett and Emma (Couch) Quicksall. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Curtis Carsner and son, Douglas Carsner. Martha is survived by sons, Danny (Shelli) Carsner and Greg (Kim Maniaci) Carsner; daughter, Kimberly Carsner; grandchildren, Chris (Jennifer) Carsner, Bryan (Ashley MacMeeken) Carsner, Scott (Julie Seery) Carsner, Jacob (Emily) Carsner, Amy (Andy) Sweeney, Liana (Gregg) Ashbrook, Emmi Loeb, Clay (Abigail Melton) Carsner; great-grandchildren, Abby, Chloe, Connor, Lainie, Jackson, Owen, Violet, Daniel, Ridgely, and Greyson; and numerous extended family members and friends. Martha was an avid line dancer for over 20 years in the Rhinestones and Roses Group and she was long-time member of the Medway Baptist Church. She had a strong love for her family, especially her grandchildren, as she would spend time with her family any time she could. Martha was known for her unconditional love for her grandchildren and would always make them feel special. She will be greatly missed by her family. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 2 PM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, Ohio 45324. Family and friends may visit from 1 PM until the time of service. Martha will be laid to rest beside her husband at Medway Cemetery.
