Martha Borders

Martha Borders, age 97 of Fairborn passed away peacefully November 2, 2018.  She was born October 12, 1921 in Magoffin Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late Burnie and Zylphia (Gullet) Conley.  Martha enjoyed quilting, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Hager; son-in-law, Johnie Whitley; three sisters and four brothers.  Martha is survived by 3 children, Elizabeth Whitley, Sherry (Corwin) Borders-Wingeier, Mark (Cathy) Borders; six grandchildren, Benjamin Whitley, Daniel Whitley, Jamie Wingeier, Julie Wingeier, Tracy Borders, Amy Borders; great-grandson, DJ Whitley; sister, Marie Kinslow; brother, Nevon (Ruth) Conley; as well as nieces, nephews and extended family.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 6, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at the Byron Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contribution may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
