Marilyn J. Gerhard

Marilyn J. Gerhard, age 83 of Fairborn, passed away Saturday March 12, 2022.  She was born September 24, 1938 in Lawrenceburg, IN, the daughter of the late Raymond and Helen (Brock) Doehleman.  Marilyn was a longtime member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Fairborn.  Following retirement, she and her husband enjoyed spending time in Leesburg, Florida during the winter months. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, George; and a brother, Larry Doehleman.  Survivors include a son, John (Vicky) Gerhard of Colorado; and a sister-in-law, Lana Doehleman of Florida.  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 16, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Gene Cline officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at the Byron Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SICSA -or- the American Heart Association.
