Louis A. Langley, Sr.

Louis A. Langley Sr., age 84 of Fairborn, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at Soin Medical Center. Louis was born June 27, 1938, to the late Charles W. Langley and Hazel (Farley) Langley, in Caribou, Maine.

Louis enjoyed reading, puzzles, television, and board games. During his career he owned and operated Langley Tree Service and especially loved working with his hands. Louis was a husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend to many.

Louis is preceded in death by his parents, and all of his siblings. He is survived by his wife, Ada (Connor) Langley; daughters, Mary Lane; Ruth; Sharon; sons, Charles “Chuck” Langley; Louis Langley Jr.; Eric Mccarthy; numerous grandchildren, and step-daughter, Kathy (McMillan) Wilson.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time-of-service, Pastor June Fryman officiating. Burial to follow at Byron Cemetery.
