Loretta P. Myers

Loretta P. Myers, age 86 of Fairborn, passed away Monday April 2, 2018 at the Trinity Community of Beavercreek.  She was born June 6, 1931 in Monterey, TN, the daughter of the late Elvin C. and Nancy A. Phillips.  Loretta was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fairborn; and retired from civil service at Wright-Patterson AFB, where she was employed as a financial analyst.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, G. Harold Myers; a son, Robert G. Myers; three brothers; and three sisters.  Survivors include two sons, Jerry Myers of Fairborn, Randy Myers of Round Rock, TX; a daughter, Judy Alstott and husband Jim of Fishers, IN; daughter-in-law, Kathy Myers of Fairborn; four grandsons, Rob Myers, Jeff and Jon Alstott, Kevin Myers; a granddaughter, Jennifer Myers; and a host of nieces and nephews.  A funeral service will be held on Friday April 6, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Church, 1167 Highview Drive, Fairborn, Dr. David A. Rakes officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church.  Burial will follow at the Valley View Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to www.SamaritansPurse.org in memory of Loretta.  Arrangements in care of Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
