Lillie V. Mccreary

Lillie V. McCreary, age 88 of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday January 18, 2022 at the Wright Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born February 8, 1934 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Daniel and Norma (Clayburn) Estep.

Lillie was a supportive Air Force wife, raising children and keeping things in order while moving to various bases; eventually putting down roots in Fairborn following her husband’s retirement.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 1996; as well as siblings.  Survivors include four children, Annie Chapman, Charles (Pam) McCreary, Tommy McCreary, and Judy Coe; ten grandchildren; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Crossroads Hospice.

No public services will be held at this time.
