Leo Stacy

Leo Stacy, age 80 of Fairborn, passed away Friday December 15, 2023.  He was born January 18, 1943 in Cannel City, KY, the son of the late Kenneth and Lena (Perkins) Stacy.

Leo served his country in the US Army during Vietnam and was employed as a machine repairman with Delco Products, retiring in 1996.  He was an avid golfer and outdoorsman as well as a devoted University of Kentucky fan.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Leo Stacy.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carole; a son, Shawn (April) Stacy of Beavercreek; two grandchildren, Makayla and Van; step-grandson, Michael Roberts; step great-granddaughter, Scarlett; sisters, Charlotte (Gary) Wallace, Bev (Jim) Humston, Kim (Johnny) Perry; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 27, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at the Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
