Leif K. Svendsen

Leif K. Svendsen, age 39 of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday April 13, 2019.  He was born December 2, 1979 at the Wright-Patterson AFB Medical Center, the son of Keith C. and Susan F. (Adamski) Svendsen. Leif was a graduate of Wayne High School and had attended Sinclair Community College.  He was a member of Abiding Christ Lutheran Church in Fairborn and was previously employed with Showcase Cinemas in Huber Heights. Preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandfathers.  Survivors include his parents; a brother, Erik Svendsen; maternal grandmother, Marie Adamski; paternal grandmother, Vera Thorne; as well as other extended family and friends.  A memorial service will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2019 at 11:30 A.M. at the Abiding Christ Lutheran Church, 326 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor Craig Fourman, Deacon Robyn Poling, and Deacon Nancy Trimble officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Abiding Christ Lutheran Church -or-  the National Kidney Foundation.  Arrangements in care of Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
