Krissy Webb, born on August 5, 1970, in Xenia, passed away on January 21, 2025, at Kettering Medical Center. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her passing, a testament to the deep connections and bonds she fostered throughout her life.
Throughout her journey, Krissy was known for her unwavering commitment to her family. Her greatest joy came from nurturing her loved ones, especially her grandchildren, who held a cherished place in her heart. She took immense pride in being a mother and grandmother, providing love and support to her children: Jonathan Russell Webb, Lauren Nicole (Erik) Columber, Jacob Ryan Webb, and Hailey Annmarie Webb. Her grandchildren, Jayden Russell Webb, Crue Wayne Columber, and Tayleigh Rae Webb, were a source of joy in her life, and she delighted in watching them grow and thrive.
Krissy is survived by her devoted husband, Jerry, with whom she shared 32 wonderful years of marriage. She also leaves behind her parents, James (Karen) Adkins and Maria (Goodson) Adkins, her beloved sisters, Tina (Brian) Poulter and April Lewis, as well as her very dear friend, Heather Markwell. Krissy’s family and friends will remember her not only for her kindness and compassion but also for the joy she brought into their lives.
In addition to her family, Krissy had a passion for traveling and enjoyed spending time at the beach, experiences that allowed her to create cherished memories with those she loved.
Krissy is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Vilona Goodson, paternal grandparents, Talmadge and Mabel Adkins; and her uncle, Jeff Goodson.
Her legacy of love and care will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Krissy Webb’s presence will be dearly missed, but her spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 25, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
