Jackie “Jack” Lee Whitt, age 67 of Fairborn, passed away, peacefully, in the comfort of home, Saturday, March 15, 2025. He was born February 2, 1958, in West Liberty, KY, the son of the late Charles C. and Beulah (Thornsberry) Whitt.
He was a dedicated and skilled construction worker. Jack’s talent with his hands earned him the reputation of a jack of all trades, a fitting testament to his versatility in the field. He was proud to work at Boner Construction.
A devoted father and grandfather, Jackie's love for his family was unwavering. He cherished the moments spent with them, always prioritizing family time alongside his passions.
Jackie had a deep-seated love for motorcycles, particularly his beloved Harley Davidson Fat Boy. He admired the aesthetics of chrome bikes and enjoyed the freedom and thrill that riding brought him. In addition to his passion for motorcycles, Jackie was an avid fisherman and hunter. He found joy in the tranquility of the water, the solitude of the outdoors, and the company of his loved ones.
In addition to his parents, Jackie is preceded in death by a brother, Cheyanne "Bode" Whitt. He is survived by his devoted partner of 29 years, Deanna (Layne) Johnson; four children, Justin (Alicia Brinegar) Whitt, Felicia (Rick) Puckett, Dylan Whitt, Derek (Carly) Johnson; five grandchildren, Xander, Connor, Regan, Elena, Garrett; brother, Ronnie (Diane) Whitt; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, OH, 45324. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M., until the time of celebration and remembrance.
