Guy L. Ratliff

Guy L. Ratliff, age 80 of Springfield passed away February 25, 2024.  He was born December 5, 1943 in Council, Virginia, the son of the late Luther and Ruth (Johnson) Ratliff.  Guy enjoyed hunting, billiards, fishing and Nascar.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, James Ratliff; son-in-law Donnie Keeton; three brothers, Eulis, Jerry, Benny; and sister, Joyce.  He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty; three children, Regina (Phillip) Stinson, Rebecca Keeton (Bryan Scott), Michelle (Nelson) Bowling; ten grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Dylan, Tabitha (Matt), Kyle (Taylor), Jake, Tom (Kelly), Brian (Brittany), Dustin (Makayla), D.J.( Kelsey Poling); ten great-grandchildren, Madi, Kayden, Quintin, Kynslee, Charlotte, Ryker, Allison, Brianna, Cammille, Millie; six siblings, Lois Bourne, Wanda (Larry) Hornback, Pete (Janie) Ratliff, Linda (Edward) Tiller, Tim (Linda) Ratliff, Mildred (Leon) Boyd; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Guy will be laid to rest at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
