Gerald Martin "Gari" Emory

Gerald Martin “Gari” Emory, age 56 of Richardson, Texas formerly of New Carlisle, passed away January 10, 2021.  He was born January 15, 1964, in Springfield, Ohio.  Gari was an avid Texas Longhorn, NHRA and Nascar fan.  He was very involved with State Farm and many charities the company worked with.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Clyde and Ganell Harness; great-niece, Kieran; aunt, Doris "Sun blossom".  Gari is survived by his mother, Vicki (Roger) Fox; brother, Bill Emory (Kim Means), sister, Darla (Michael Sr.) Foy; nieces and nephews, Brad (Jamie) Adamson, Brian Emory, Lacy (Kyle) Arnold, Michael Foy, Jr., Brooke Howard (John Hood), Josh Howard; great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Charlee, Alix, Zava, Alayna, Ava, Jamison; step brother, Roger (Louise) Fox; step-sister, Mary Sue Livingston (Larry Money); beloved special friends, Tracy Kemlo and Kemberly “Left Side” Williams; beloved dog, Astro.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 13, 2021 from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation. “I Love You Always and Forever”
