Frederick J. (Jr.) Buschemeyer

Frederick J. Buschemeyer, Jr., age 82 of Fairborn passed away January 28, 2021.  He was born November 21, 1938 in Springfield, the son of the late Frederick Sr. and Betty Buschemeyer.  Fred was an Art teacher for the Fairborn City Schools, retiring after 34 years of service.  He enjoyed traveling, dancing, art projects, and attending live blues music shows.  Fred is survived by two sisters, Jane Perrin, Patricia (Louis) Geiger; step-sister, Jill Engle; nephews, Scott Perrin, Michael Perrin; nieces, Lori (Alexander) Iannone, Amy (Anthony) King; great nephews, Aiden, Pierce; great nieces, Leona, Emerson; special friend and caretaker, Pam Ross.  Fred Buschemeyer’s love of life did not come to an end at his death.  Loved ones will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday February 13, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mark’s  Church, 100 E.  Main St., Fairborn, Dr. Nancy Trimble officiating.  Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Fairborn Turf Fund, donation made to Fairborn City Schools.
