Frances L. Scott
June 14, 1933 — February 20, 2025
Frances L. Scott, age 91 of Fairborn, passed away Thursday February 20, 2025. She was born June 14, 1933 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Raymond and Tudell (Ratcliffe) Caldwell.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Walter. Survivors include a son, Steven (Deborah) Scott; and grandchildren, Susan Scott, Sonya Scott, and Jillian Stribich.
Faith was the cornerstone of Frances's life; she was a cherished member of New Beginnings Christian Church, where her devotion to her community and her God was profoundly felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Throughout her life, Frances lived out her beliefs with grace and compassion and the memories of her guiding hand, thoughtful words, and gentle presence will remain a source of comfort and inspiration for her beloved family.
Services will be held privately by the family at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn.
