Evadean "Dean" Rybak

July 30, 1939 — December 10, 2017

Evadean “Dean” Rybak, age 78 of Fairborn, passed away Sunday December 10, 2017 at the Soin Medical Center.  She was born July 30, 1939 in McHenry, KY, the daughter of the late Elvis E. and Vonnell (McKinney) Hall.  Dean was employed by the City of Fairborn for 23 years where she served as Clerk of Courts for the Fairborn Municipal Court, she then followed employment with the Kettering Municipal Court working as the Court Administrator, retiring in 2013 after 35 years of combined court service. She was a member of the Ohio Municipal Court Clerk Association, where she was elected as the President, as well as being awarded the Clerk of the year award.  She loved spending time with her family and being a grandma.  In addition to her parents, Dean was preceded in death by her brother, Mallam E. Hall; and a sister, Barbara Clark.  Dean is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert A. Rybak; a son, Michael A. Rybak; a daughter, Vonda J. (Christoph) Yackowsky; three grandchildren, Mallorie Rybak, Michael Rybak, Elizabeth Yackowsky; three great-grandchildren, Dominic Yeakley, Kayden Bowling, Paige Rybak; a nephew, Robert (Suzette) Clark; and a great-niece Chelsea Clark.  A visitation will be held on Thursday December 14, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn.  Private burial will be held by the family.
