Dennis R. Meadows

Dennis R. Meadows, age 82 of Fairborn, passed away Monday January 22, 2024 at the Soin Medical Center.  He was born June 2, 1941 in Princewick, WV, the son of the late Edgar and Virginia Meadows.

Dennis served his country in the US Army and followed with employment with Chrysler, retiring in 1992.  He attended Restoration Park Church and in his free time enjoyed working in his yard and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by nine siblings, James, Betty, Willis, Wilford, Peggy, Rosemary, Billy Joe, Steve, and Edgar Jr.  Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Barbara; two sons, Tim (Michelle) Meadows, Tom (Holly) Meadows; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles Meadows; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, special in-law, other extended family, and many friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday January 29, 2024 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 30, 2024 at 10:30 A.M., Pastor Chris Williams officiating.  Burial will follow at the Enon Cemetery.
