Debra A. "Debbie" Billetter

Debra A. “Debbie” Billetter, age 68 of Fairborn passed away June 25, 2024. She was born March 29, 1956 in Dover, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clyde and Dolores (Starkey) Carruthers.

Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sibling, and friend to many. She was passionate and kind. Debbie was employed as a Revenue Manager with the City of Fairborn for 30 years. In her free time, she enjoyed baking cakes, crafting, scrapbooking, and visiting garage sales.  She made quilts out of love for all of her grandchildren. Moreover, Debbie looked forward to fantasy football and watching good ol’ NASCAR; and was an avid Cincinnati Bengals fan. To those who knew and loved Debbie, they will miss her.

In addition to her parents, Debbie is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, David H. Billetter. She is survived by two children, Melissa Shrader, Jeremy (Nicole) Billetter; six grandchildren, Lauren Shrader, Alicia Shrader, Dakota Chafin, MacKenzie Chafin, Lily Billetter, Jackson Billetter; brother, Ed (Heather) Carruthers; close friends, Charlotte and Gene Salyers; as well as extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the Maple Avenue Church of God, 1352 S. Maple Avenue, Fairborn. The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. until the time of service, Bill Jones officiating. Burial to follow at Byron Cemetery.
