David J. Roselli, age 67 of Dayton, passed away Monday September 5, 2022 at the Hospice of Dayton. He was born April 17, 1955 in Xenia, the son of the late Elmer J. and Anna L. (Wilson) Roselli.
David was a 1973 graduate of Fairborn Baker High School and was employed as a quality control inspector with several area tool and die companies. David was known as Mr. Fix-It and enjoyed working on things around the house and for family and friends. He was an animal lover and received much enjoyment from coaching his children’s youth soccer teams. Two qualities that will be part of his legacy forever include always putting other’s needs before his own and always wanting people to laugh and have a good time.
In addition to his parents and grandparents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronny Roselli. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Cindy; three children, Amanda Roselli, James Roselli, Christopher (Marissa) Roselli; a grandson, Luca; two sisters, Donna (Sonny) Songer, Bonnie (Jon) Hurlow; nephew, Jeff (Megan) Hurlow; niece, Emily (Adam) Shaw; mother-in-law, Joan (Wayne) Hanners; brothers-in-law, David Walker, Paul Walker and son Jeff (Jessica), Matthew (Robin) Walker and daughter Samantha; as well as a host of cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews, other extended family, and many friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday September 25, 2022 from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Fairborn F.O.P. Lodge, 17 N. Pleasant Ave., Fairborn. Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements in care of Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
