Connie L. Corbean

Connie L. Corbean, age 84 of Fairborn passed away Saturday March 2, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born May 29, 1939 in Cambridge, Ohio, the daughter of the late Bert and Mildred (Moore) Jenkins.  Connie was a member of Daughters of American Revolution; Eastern Star; and was a Post-Polio Survivor.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and reading.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, David Corbean; and brother, Richard Jenkins.  Connie is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Wayne; two children, Kip (Leeann) Corbean, Nathan Corbean; six grandchildren, Shannon (Adam) Brimmer, Alex Corbean, Aubrey (Anthony) Satariano, Justin Corbean (Abbey Currier), Natasha Fitzpatrick, Lorelei Gatten; eight great-grandchildren, Lilly, Alyssa, Hunter, Charlie, Rowan, Alaina, Morrissea, Khaleesi; two daughters-in-law, Gigi Corbean, Sandy Corbean; two brothers, Howard Jenkins, Clay Jenkins; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  A funeral service will be held on Monday March 11, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Rona Community Church, 1082 Rona Pkwy Dr., Fairborn, Pastor James Smith officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Connie will be laid to rest at Cedarville North Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Post-Polio Health International, 50 Crestwood Executive Ctr. #440, St. Louis, MO 63126 – or - Polio Survivors Association, 12720 La Reina Avenue, Downey, California 90242 in memory of Connie.
