Clifford Adkins

Clifford Adkins, age 75 of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday October 18, 2017.  He was born August 16, 1942, in Sandy Hook, KY, the son of the late Clyde and Laura (Click) Adkins.  Clifford was employed for many years with Wright State University.  He enjoyed playing the lottery, square dancing, and taking care of his sister.  In addition to his parents Clifford is preceded in death by four brothers, Claude Adkins, Burl Adkins, Bill Adkins, Roy Adkins; sisters-in-law, Patty Adkins, Wilma Adkins, Christine Adkins, Mary Adkins.  He is survived by three siblings, Dollie Sconzo, Wanda Adkins, Ancil Adkins; a special friend, Jewel; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Victory Temple, 2443 Valle Greene Drive, Fairborn, Pastor Ancil Carter officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service.  Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery.
