Charlotte S. Williams

Charlotte S. Williams, age 89 of Fairborn, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday August 22, 2018 at the Friends Care Community.  She was born March 3, 1929 in Sandy Hook, KY, the daughter of the late Bill and Nora (Duvall) Stamper.  Charlotte retired from Inland Manufacturing after 30 years of service and was a longtime member of Victory Church in Fairborn.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Marion in 2004; and a brother, Wiley Stamper.  Survivors include a daughter, Sandra (Tim) Wolfe of Fairborn; two grandsons, Scott (Michelle) Wolfe of St. Paris, Mark (Danielle) Wolfe of Beavercreek; three great-grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, William; a brother, Ron (Barb) Stamper of Yellow Springs; a sister, Joan Wilcox of Beavercreek; as well as nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends.  A funeral service will be held on Monday August 27, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. at the Victory Church, 2443 Valle Greene Drive, Fairborn, Pastor Ancil Carter officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:30 A.M. until the time of service at the church.  Burial will follow at the Byron Cemetery.  Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Hospice of Dayton.  Arrangements in care of Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
