Bruce Ward Cooper, age 58 of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday October 27, 2021 at the Soin Medical Center. He was born December 10, 1962 in Columbus, OH, the son of the late Charles and Emarie Diamond (Adkins) Cooper.
Bruce served his country in the US Army and followed with employment in the construction field for several area contractors over the years.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Hoppy Cooper, Jerry Cooper, and Bob Hutchinson; and a sister, Sue Blevins.
Survivors include five children, Andy (Jessica) McCaslin, Candace (Dennis) Nelson, Tommy Cooper, Brittany Baird, Vincent Baird; 13 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Gale Hutchinson, Joy (Kevin) Meyer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday November 3, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 P.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
