Brenda J. Simpson

Brenda J. Simpson, age 50, of Fairborn, passed away unexpectantly February 28, 2021. She was born on April 12, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio; the daughter of J.S. and Wanda Gail (Broyles) Kelly. Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Michael J. Kelly. Brenda is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Simpson; mother, Wanda Kelly; step-mother, Bobbi Kelly; sister, Kathy Sagraves; daughters, Jessica (Cory) Hannah and Noelle (Amber) Clouse; and numerous extended family members. Brenda worked at Wright State University as an administrator for 23 years. In her free time, she was an avid gardener and she loved to go camping. Brenda also loved her many rottweilers. What she loved most was cooking and spending time with her family, especially just the simple days. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 1 PM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, OH. Family and friends may come to visit at 11 AM until the time of service. A private burial will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, 1661 Nicholas Rd, Dayton, OH 45417 in memory of Brenda.
