Billie Jean Williams

Billie Jean Williams, age 76, of New Carlisle passed away, at Hospice of Dayton, June 16, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 4, 1946, the daughter of Edward and Lida (Bogan) Clutterbuck in Dayton, Ohio.

Billie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. In life, Billie’s family was most essential. She was fond of every one of her seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Known for her remarkable stitches and needlework, she found joy while crocheting. In addition, she cherished animals and pets. She especially loved dog sitting her grand dogs.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister; Sandra Barker, son; Kevin Lee Williams Sr., as well as extended family. Billie is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years; Ivan Williams, daughters; Catherine (Jay) Petitto, Karen (Mark) Edwards, grandchildren; Stacy (Adam), Kevin Jr. (Emma), Joe, Jason (Alexa), Kristin (Greg), Jeff, Karson, great-grandchildren; Landin, Levi, Logan, Lorelei, Cecilia, Madison, Jake, brothers; Edward Clutterbuck, Ted Clutterbuck, daughter-in-law; Diana Williams, as well as extended family and close friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, June 23, 2023, at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, 45324. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service, Pastor Eric Meade officiating. Burial to follow at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn.
