Barbara S. "Barb" Saunders

Barbara S. "Barb"  Saunders, age 63 of Fairborn passed away January 26, 2022 after extended illness. She was born July 11, 1958 in Xenia, the daughter of the late Garrett and Patricia (Feltz) Saunders. Barb had a huge heart and spent many years as a caregiver for her mother and father. Before bad health, she enjoyed working in her yard, bowling and going to see the Atlanta Braves play. In more recent years she enjoyed Ohio State football and Ladies college basketball and spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her son, Christopher Saunders; sister, Brenda (Matt) Cole; brother, David (LeAnn) Saunders; nephews, Shane and Ricky Saunders; niece, Megan Cole; lifelong friend, Barbie Ashley, as well as extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday March 5, 2022 at 1:30 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 East Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn. Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating. The family will receive friends and family from 12:30 P.M. until the time of the service.
