Gregory James "Greg" Fulton

Gregory James “Greg” Fulton, age 66, of Enon, passed away on August 26, 2022 at his childhood home, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born January 18, 1956 in Springfield, Ohio to James and Esther (Randall) Fulton.  Greg began working on the family farm as soon as he was able. He graduated from Fairborn Baker High School in 1975, and began working fulltime on the farm shortly thereafter. Greg married Tonasena (Toni) Wells on December 12, 1992. He was a gentle, loving, and compassionate husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  Greg was a lifelong farmer, and an expert avid skier, that took pride in teaching all of his children to ski. He never shied away from a ski race down the mountain with his kids. Greg valued being outdoors and sharing his compassion and farming knowledge with any and all who would listen. He enjoyed sitting down at lunch to read his National Geographic magazines. Greg was always up for a challenge, no matter how hard and was determined to always finish the job. He was his happiest feeding hogs, tending to the cows and preparing the fields to be planted or harvested. Greg lived and breathed farming and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. But above all, Greg relished spending time with his wife and kids. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, James and Esther Fulton, and Tim Murphy, who was like a brother. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife, Toni of almost 30 years; three children, Keturah (Anthony) Wynn, Corbett Fulton, Kaliyah Fulton; grandson Dominic Wynn; siblings, Jeffery (Tammy) Fulton, Joseph (Amy) Fulton, Dennis (Annette) Fulton, Cynthia (Anthony) Cherpeski; Tim O’Neal who was like a brother, and as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family.   A memorial service will be held on Wednesday August 31, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, OH 45324, Pastor H. Wesley Barnhill officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Tecumseh Land Trust, PO Box 417, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387 in memory of Greg.
